Whether it is furniture or interiors, it is clear that Kelly Behun has an enviable style all her own. If her style savvy does not make you bow down, her weekend property in Southampton will surely make you do so. The home itself was created by Brian Sawyer and John Berson of Sawyer / Berson, but the interior is all her own.
Even though the spaces appear sleek and lush, they also appear warm and inviting, like you need to kick back and watch the water. The wood framed, floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of the beachfront house while continuing the search of the wooden specifics and furnishings throughout.
The kitchen is outfitted with open walnut shelves and Carrara marble. A customized walnut-slab bar was brought in for further seating subsequent to the walnut table that Behun created.
The table in the center is 1 that Behun created herself with a base produced out of hand-reduce ceramic mosaic tiles that hold the Macassar ebony prime. Balancing the Living Divani sofas are two IKEA stools manufactured of wicker.
The basic, modern staircase is produced of plaster and looks to be a single strong piece. The blue sculpture reminds you that you are near to the water.
This space is each and every kid’s dream!
