A former industrial developing in Greece has been transformed into a modern day apartment complex catering mainly to youthful grownups. The apartments have been created by IF_Untitled Architecture with a contemporary aesthetic that hearkens back to the area’s industrial roots.

The focal stage of the apartment is a wall-to-wall shelving unit that accommodates books, home objects, and even humans. Men and women-sized cutouts in the shelving unit develop unobtrusive furnishings that saves space while providing a distinctive and eye-catching resting area.

The public areas of the home are composed mostly of concrete, stainless steel, light wood and muted colors. The open floor plan is a reference to the building’s history as a factory, preserving the substantial ceilings and exposed ductwork.
